The Australian Sudoku Constitution was created by the board of Sudoku Australia and inaugurated by the first Australian member of the World Puzzle Federation. The constitution may not be changed without their consent.
1. Future Australian members of the World Puzzle Federation must ensure any Australian representatives embrace the honour of playing for their country. They must always compete in the green and gold. They can get as much kit as they can afford and wear it proudly as often as they like.
2. The original member of the WPF can choose an Australian Sudoku team at any time for the purpose of touring and promoting Australian sudoku.
3. The 12 participants of the inaugural Australian Sudoku Championships in 2010 will enjoy a five year exemption from qualifying for future National championships. Those ranked in the top 5 will enjoy a 7 year exemption. The winner will enjoy a 10 year exemption.
4. All participants must remember sudoku is a game that should always be played in the correct spirit.
